Kap2ure Film Studios is a full service film and photo production company based in Baltimore city and founded by queer, Latina entrepreneur, Katie Simbala, who has been in the visual media industry for over 12 years. 

Katie's passion for storytelling drives her business and has allowed her to develop an incredible network of photographers, cinematographers and other film industry professionals. She is a true collaborator and is forging ways for more under represented communities to find their place in the film industry. With the support of her two amazing partners, Luis and Raquel, she has been able to create 2 luxury production studios that are empowering Baltimore's creative community.

Together, she and her team are challenging conventions, pushing boundaries and inspiring others to create art that moves people. Kap2ure's mission is to provide an accessible platform for aspiring artists in Baltimore City while also creating impactful visual content with a global reach for our clients.
